      Global - some opportunity to travel depending on role Most employees are passionate about the work and the customers Most managers and leaders care about their employees Entry-level emplyees and those early in careers have great growth and advancement opportunities

      Cons

      Older and highly paid employees are targets to be RIFed Some people are moved into management roles who should never be in charge of dedicated and experienced employees LOTS of reorganizing and changing of management

As you mention, FIS has continued to grow and develop through a mix of organic growth and acquisitions at a fast pace, and re-organization and realignment of work is sometimes required. We deploy People Surveys for employees to address their concerns. Managers at all levels can view comments and results in aggregate so they are aware of improvements needed.

      will work with you when having appointments & remote work time

      Cons

      terribly over-worked. late nights, weekends. They still believe in the old boy network. Hard to move up in the company. There is very little time for personal education growth
