Pros

Working remotely. Good paid time off.

Cons

Extreme hours during month, quarter and year end close. Minimum to no raise, maybe “cost of living” if you’re lucky. Awful insurance plans, only high deductible offered ($3,000+)

Easy to get Burned Out

Pros

Lots of overtime available Coworkers are great

Cons

No raises at all! I was there two years and never received a raise even though I was one of the best employees there. One employee had been with the company 9 years and still had not received a raise. No opportunity for advancement. Company constantly sends emails about how much money the company is making but never offers bonuses or raises. Expected to do a lot more than the job requires Communication is non existent
