The increase an employee may receive through this process considers several things – including evaluation of the employee’s performance, their existing pay compared to the range for their role and the company’s budget for increases. FIS provides employees with a full array of health and welfare benefits, including medical & prescription drug coverage. The company pays a majority of the cost of these benefits. It’s true that the cost of health insurance continues to rise, which is a challenge that many companies and employees are facing.
