- Old technologies, not very much to learn. - Company have a very few projects. - Most of the employees are from a long time and they are there not because they love the organization but because they have no potential left in them to go out. - BPO dominating culture. - Guards are like your boss in the organization. They have all the rights to stop you right at the entrance. And are very irritating. - Very less increment. - Poor cafeteria - Poor seating space for work. - Systems provided are very old, some of them respond a minute after clicked somewhere. - So many leads with no one under them,they got promoted because they already spent a lot of time in the organization.
