Pros
Pay is good, the people are awesome, my management has been receptive to my ideas.
Cons
A lot of RIFs, the stock is not doing good, morale is low, a lack of SME knowledge for somemajor systems, ESPP sucks, 401k contributions delayed, and the half-baked dev processes of the past make everything 2-3 times more difficult.
