Not much that I knoe

Cons

They didn’t give us our promotion as they promised. I worked 4 years on the same job title. They refused to give us promotion. Also they expected us to work on Saturdays for release calls. It was mandatory which they didn’t inform us before hiring. They kept changing the system and the managers. We even had a manager who was also our scrum master. They keep laying off people. The expect you to work more than what they compensate.
