      Pros

      1. Compensation is good 2. Health Insurance provided is great. 3. Policies are excellent and employee friendly. 4. 27 paid leaves per annum. 5. Flexi working time (even WFH is allowed) 6. Good variable pay.

      Cons

      Taken over by FIS so not sure how the policies will be managed in future. Other than this no Cons whatsoever.
