      Pros

      Management and Supervisors that genuinely care for the staff and small the perks of working for a family owned company.

      Cons

      Ownership is unable to get along, consistent auguring and disruptive behavior causing a fist fight resulting in a fire arm being pulled. Pay is not the greatest.

      Benefits Managers are not macro managed Good place to start for experience

      Toxic and stressful environment to work in Ownership loves to speak about their personal problems and speaks about their problems to their staff which creates a distraction and unpleasant way to work. Ownership belittle staff and make their employees feel like their work is unrecognized
