      Cons

      Titanic type environment. A created miserable, stressful, "watch your back" kind of environment. No clue how to run a company. They have virtually destroyed a once vibrant and fun place to work. Many are searching and hoping to find work elsewhere before they get terminated. High stress, low pay, hard daily deadlines no appreciation from leadership. They have terminated or forced out high quality employees without fully understanding their roles causing mass confusion, more stress leading to more terminations. Terrible benefits. Depressing.

      Pros

      Not really any anymore, their used to be support and sympathy from middle management, but that went away.

      Cons

      Just about everything else. The Owners don't care about the employees here, they have put a heartless manager in charge who quickly started laying off anybody who remotely disagreed with her. She expects employees to work as long and as many hours as needed to accomplish her whimsical sales goals. The demands and pressures on the employees are huge and unreasonable and the pay rate is deplorable. There is no upside to this company anymore, other than waiting out their imminent failure.

      This company provides great benefits! There are at least 2 shifts available in the pre-press department, so there is some flexibility.

      Cons

      You must be good at meeting deadlines, Sometimes the deadlines will changes, so you need to be flexible. Very busy during the holidays, so no vacation time around holidays.
