      Management and HR have an open door policy. I feel that I can go to them at any time with questions or concerns. Great co-workers. Casual work environment. Flexible hours for some departments.

      They have very good benefits Healt insurance 401K holiday pay vacations sick days human resources take care of us always available to help with everything planning to stay here working for long time

      Pros

      I recently acquired the position of production coordinator assistance the beginning of November. Although, my time at Fisher co. has been short I have gained such an amazing experience where I have both a stimulating and friendly environment. With the company’s inclusiveness and diversity, I feel a sense of belonging. The company and employees have been doing a substantial amount of work to make sure covid-19 restriction are implemented and followed and for this I am most grateful.

      Cons

      There isn’t many cons other than how Covid has effect the company.
