Cons

If you can avoid working there, please do so. No progress and the pay is terrible.

This company provides great benefits! There are at least 2 shifts available in the pre-press department, so there is some flexibility.

Cons

You must be good at meeting deadlines, Sometimes the deadlines will changes, so you need to be flexible. Very busy during the holidays, so no vacation time around holidays.
