      Pros

      Flash has been great. It's a smaller company so you get to know everyone and don't have to worry about the typical "office politics" of larger companies. Flash leadership actually listens to their employees and made sure that everyone got paid through the COVID-19 pandemic. Plus the benefits are good, there are a lot of offerings and the 401(k) has a 6% match!

      Thank you for your feedback, however Flash Technology Group LLC has not had 1099 employees since 2013 for the very reason mentioned and stopped the practice when it was clear that the definitions to determine the 1099 status could not be met. Flash also has not had any employees or 1099 individuals supporting Ft . Gordon , Georgia since Flash Technology Group LLC started in 2007.
