Management is always changing. With that comes instability and constant change. The threat of being fired or laid off is constant. They let go of the people who question and try to make the place better. Over all one of the worst places I have ever worked at. Pay is low especially considering how much is expected of each employee.

Management is only focused on results and does not seem to care about the people. We were called “paper pushers” by the CEO in the same meeting where he announced an upcoming massive round of firings.
