-Legacy of the company - Some great employees who are an asset for the growth of the company - Growth opportunity enormous for people who are willing to compromise career path and serve blindly

Cons

- Highly political environment - Management works in silos and does not understand the ground reality - Top level management is not open to Change and open culture - Still sticking on to a work culture which is as old as "British Rule" - Not a company for real talents and performers to grlow

No proper Training like a proper MNC, Compensation benefits exploitation and only if we threaten to leave to earn our worth than like earning our rewards for the hard work that we put actually.
