      Pros

      Good opportunity to follow the entire engineering process from design, manufacturing, to implementation.

      Cons

      A lot of employee exchange, which impairs the relationship between the different areas.

      Pros

      Good salary. Signing bonus and retention bonus to seal the deal. Only a two year contract and then you can leave and not pay relocation and bonus money back in full. You will realize that you want to leave in 6 months or less, if you have ever worked at some place that is good. The lone pro is the money. Everything else is a con. A consolation is that you only have to stay 2 years before you can leave without having to pay back the up front money.

      Cons

      Micro management like you have never seen before! An absolutely horrible Union that runs the place and a management team with no managerial fortitude and zero leadership skills. The leadership is at there best when painting a story for corporate.
