      Pros

      Many great people, innovative culture, attempted focus on diversity and inclusion

      Cons

      No transparency, very poor communication and leadership. Ageing workforce. Very high turnover of people, no abilities or wish to retain employees, american culture « people are replaceable, numbers ». Very budget-oriented, it is reviewed each quarter, and people are fired in consequence to reach the figures given to shareholders.

      Fantastic people who are very willing to help and be collaborative. Easy access to senior leadership through networking and extra curricular activities.

      Cons

      Training and people development is minimal if any. Constant changes in direction and structure.
