Pros

This company is growing in India with some acquisitions. It's good working environment but you can't say great 😜. FMC heritage is in the evolving stage so , its better to give final words after 2018.

Cons

Like so many organisations in India its more senior people oriented rather system oriented. Relationship and organisational behaviour play 90% role, performance is meant to only survive in your job.

Company working in the agrochemical business that has been able to move from a company working with generics to a company providing specialized solutions

Cons

The company is facing many problems related to the integration of the recently acquired Cheminova business and the implementation of a global strategy instead of the previous one based on the different regional or country approaches.

FMC has a fairly stable work force (for those interested in job security). New executive management is departing from the company's past conservative stance and suceeding at achieving new growth initiatives.

Cons

Due to aggressive company growth and expansion efforts, workload is ever-increasing and can contribute to poor family/worklife imbalances. At times, management can make excessive, unreasonable demands given the existing workload.
