Pros

Beautiful building, some departments offer amazing work/life balance with working from home, flex hours (depends on manager). Room for growth. Education assistance available. Some departments feel like family.

Cons

Work/life balance is completely different based on which department you sit in. Seniority doesn't help when it comes to layoffs. CEO blatantly lies about strategy to employees during town halls - no wonder employees don't trust him.

Flexible work life balance, decent vacation/benefits, nice people to work with (outside of management). Lower managers were supportive.

Cons

Upper Management is horrible. Either you're part of the clique or not....bonus structure for sales was based on things not in your control.
