Poor culture, poor senior leaders, lack of true inclusion.

Your career will not grow... at all. Rather than training/developing employees to promote into positions with increasing responsibilities, tendency is to hire someone new from outside. Of course there are some exceptions to this rule, but if you want to advance, you'll likely have to leave FMC and Philadelphia. Travel is very rare. This is a shortsighted cost-cutting strategy that leaves money on the table by stifling innovation and ignoring key market opportunities by limiting the voice of customer. Since the integration with DuPont, politics is king.
