      Pros

      Great colleagues to work with and good bosses to work for. There are plenty of opportunities to advance and to demonstrate capability. Structured training provided so it is a good ground to learn.

      Cons

      Main challenge is too many hierarchies leading to paralysis of the organization to achieve anything that is groundbreaking. Decision making is slow and there are too many stakeholders.

      Pros

      The plant is big enought that you can get involved in a lot of different things, or you can focus in on one specific process. The initial training was very in depth and they made sure you were on the right track

      Cons

      It was a little isolated from the world, and pretty cold in the winter. That's forgivable though as your also close to the country.
