Management is not consistent, company policies are inconsistently followed, -varying degrees of support-job enjoyment depends on the specific manager, Views Diversity as important (not bad), but goals it has set will likely never be reached Bureaucratic environment is frustrating and only adds to the workload Communication is poor across the company Some cliques have developed, which can be problems for new employees who may be deemed a threat to the way things are done While there are a number of great people, there are a number who are all about themselves, and these problems are rarely (effectively) dealt with Sometimes accurate information may be ignored, in favor of less informed opinions-not all viewpoints are welcomed Good people have literally been praised one day and fired the next; Advancement can be difficult
