No pros anymore. Worst company.

Cons

Used to be a great place to work. HR made ridiculous changes and HR has no idea how to work. US and PH HR are clueless. Employees who were "chosen" to stay are all clueless.

- Decent pay - Work Life Balance - A lot of employee engagement such Social Committee, Sustainability, etc.

Cons

The operations manager we have worked is selective in giving projects. He has favoritism and if you made a mistake you will be branded for the rest of your stay with his department. He treats his department as his kingdom and if you criticize him you will be punished like quiet firing/quiet quitting. He does credit grabbing and owning the limelight and praises to his self.
