Pay is slightly above average, raises are 2% above average and bonuses have been quite generous. Rates for medical benefits are better than many other companies in the Philadelphia area.

Cons

All employees are not held to the same standards within their job groups, and classifications. Some people have to interview for internal positions while others are moved into positions without having to go through the same kind of scrutiny.

Difficult to move around within organization for many. Many employees pigeon holed. Performance for Executive leadership tied to stock price, not pipeline or other metrics - decisions are typically made to have quick hits on stock price vs long term vision
