- Friendly, supportive workplace - Lots of opportunity for engagement with diversity and inclusion programs - flexible work schedule - Interesting work with opportunities to cross-train and broaden skill set - beautiful wildlife habitat certified site with walking trails and a continuous sidewalk to a nearby shopping center - Good pay, excellent benefits, including paid parental leave and, as of when I left, unlimited paid sick time - great EHS staff, plus on site medical support with a full time nurse
