One of the main cons here there is no trust exist in the company in general Not sure about the fixed three weekdays a week in the office so called flexible working policy are beneficial and more productive? No fair treatment nor fair distribution of work load in (more and more works added gradually but lack of incentive for any extra responsibility taken, instead push to take on more) Annual Salary increment does not take into consideration of inflation. (Standard Bonus the minimun) Very little career progression or development plan. A negative work environment High staff turnover rate Overall personal opinion don't think they really care or value its employee
