      Pros

      I came to FMC though a Temp Agency. Ever since I have been there this company has taught me so much. I started as a Customer Service Rep and have worked my way to Team Leader and pushing for higher. Everyone here are all like one Big happy Family ! You couldn’t ask for a better place to work.

      autonomy, not bureaucratic, safety is taken very seriously

      Cons

      relying on heroics instead of trusting processes, let's the Wall Street analysts dictate quarterly earnings expectations, pulls out all the stops to make the quarterly targets (including future investment)
