      Not for everyone, but for some, a rewarding place to work

      Pros

      autonomy, not bureaucratic, safety is taken very seriously

      Cons

      relying on heroics instead of trusting processes, let's the Wall Street analysts dictate quarterly earnings expectations, pulls out all the stops to make the quarterly targets (including future investment)

      Very smart colleagues, high expectations from leadership and lots of freedom to build programs and projects. Employees are rewarded for great work.

      Fairly flat organization so it can be difficult to move up.

      The Directors were very difficult to work with, expectation to be available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Really would not recommend
