      Good benefits and dedicated co-workers

      Top level execs seem enamored with trendy, flashy tech over spending on getting the core job done. Support expressed for LGBTQ staff seems authentic and welcome, but current diversity staffing goals seem unrealistic unless willing to offer better starting salaries to expand talent pool. Very high staff turnover in downtown Tower makes one wonder what is going on. Very top-down approach on safety issues with little appreciation for reality and reasoning.

      They really try to invest in diversity and inclusion. The company has many resources.

      Cons

      This company is a large company that operates like a small company from 1950. I have never saw so much prejudice and discrimination in my life. The culture is like time forgot them and everyone is a Stepford wife. Very intelligent people in the finance area but have total disregard for transparency and fairness. I hope that they will one day be forced to take diversity training or have a mixed race child or grandchild so that they have no choice but to acknowledge and maybe change and conform to the changing world. Greatness can only be achieved through all talent regardless of the package.

      Pros

      Nice benefits if you use most of them, I was quick to be hired and the start date was right away.

      Cons

      No recognition at all for all the hard work you do. I'm hired with Frontier but I work at FMC as a contractor. There was no 90 day review, no anything. I do all the work physically while everyone else is in meetings all day. Others get praised for silly little things, whereas I get no priase or recognition for doing my job AND helping out another team because they are short staffed. I'm looking for a new job, hopefully I find one soon.
