Philly office convenient to regional rail. Company offers free shuttle to patco. Building is new and modern with on site cafeteria.

Cons

Challenging environment with integrating recent acquisitions and fragmented internal communication at times. Lots of internal silos and politics can be frustrating.

I enjoyed my time at FMC. They took an interest in developing their employees and always offered continuing education courses. You have the flexibility to take calculated risks without being penalized.

Cons

The time I worked for FMC was in the same business unit. It was very difficult to move between business units as they operated autonomously.
