Pros
The environment is Laid back. If you want you can stay in your position or grow. You can work Flex hours. They take decent care of their employees but it also depends on your supervisor. They have great 401K package.
Cons
Their salaries are on the low side. PTO is part of vacation. Insurance is one of the worst I have seen.
