Pros

Have been working for FMC for more than 8 years. We have some interesting projects, many opportunities for growth. Work/life balance is excellent. Enjoy flexi time increadibly! colleagues are very friendly, many are helpful. It is a Big international family.

Cons

There are quite few of those...There are lots of managers. Feels a lack of talented designers. Pay is standard/good for the area.

Pros

Co-workers are nearly all good people who mostly all have long term histories with the company. Usually there is sufficient work to keep me from getting bored.

Cons

People with long term histories with one company are often reluctant to change the way things are done, even if newer methods are demonstrably better. Benefits are just so-so for the area and the company must improve these to attract senior employees from the Bay Area or other technology centers.
