Great place to get good training. Pay is competitive in most positions. It is a great place to be part of cutting edge technology developments

Cons

It can be difficult to advance for some. There seem to be a lot of lower-level employees, so you must be ambitious and competitive to rise to the top. This is not all that bad, though.
