      Pros

      Great company with good local welfare benefits. Also good for those who want to develop themselves and prep for the next progression as they get to do a lot.

      Cons

      Only values those who have been working there for decades or a specific group. Ability to contribute does not matter. Many opportunities awaits them including getting transferred. Such staff still gets paid and leech on the company resources. The newbies are expected to "collaborate" and cover for such staff to close the work gaps and looks good as a team. Very tiring.

      Advancement opportunities come to those who want them and the atmosphere is great. There is ample training and growth opportunities with in the company.

      Cons

      Frequent Management Changes So many processes that OTD is hard to hit Schedulers not inline with the reality of what it takes to get a job done right the first time
