      Pros

      Nice place and good flexible hour place to work, close home and many good projects. Nice working guys/gals on both Engineering and Manufacturing. There couple guys in M.E group are very knowledgeable to work with design review for manufacturing.

      Cons

      There's a guy in programming lead this year 2013 very mean and hard to deal with, he took his group credit and talk as he knew but he didn't, he had a very poor professional manner (might be not). if you need to move up in this company, sometimes you need to butter your boss and key persons. The low-level management is poor, HR is very weird with new employees everyday. Top managment is cool and lead company to right direction.

      Pros

      It seems that if you work hard you can move up very quickly. The business is ran very well and I trust management to make good decisions. The company seems to have lots of integrity. Relaxed work environment. You can really take many directions with your career.

      Cons

      The engineering systems aren't very mature and change is happening all the time. The communication systems aren't always effective.
