      Pros

      If you work hard you definitely can advance. Pay and benefits are competitive.

      Cons

      It's in Oil & Gas which, as we know, is very cyclical. If you are not in the right position, as far as your manager, advancing can be more of a struggle.

      It's a really good company. It's all about safety and it has great benefits. You also learn alot about every customers iron

      Well benefits used to be real good but then they put it to where you had to meet their percentage and then they would pay most of it

      Remote locations, sometimes long hours, cyclical in nature because of oil prices. Also, a lot of bureaucracy and too much red tape.
