Pros

Decent salary. Good 401k matching. Cannot think of anything positive to say, I'm just stuck there at the moment.

Cons

Extremely bad executive management, enough to have legal issues. Layoffs to get rid of long term employees, older people first, and anyone deemed unnecessary, including only receptionist so the front door is just kept locked.

Going downhill

Pros

Decent benefits and 401(k), very innovative and interesting designs and products, some great people.

Cons

Our company has slowly been losing the parts that made us so great, seemingly ever since we were purchased by another, larger company. Morale is low, and it seems management only cares about keeping the corporate overlords happy. Some people CAN get ahead here, but then there are those of us who just keep having a carrot eternally dangled in front of our faces. It's hard to want to stay when you are undervalued and under-compensated, especially when compared to the rest of your own team.

Pros

People are some of the smartest, most dedicated people I have ever met. They work like they own the company. Very impressive Global managers have a clear vision of the strategy that will ensure company's long term success. Pay and benefits are very good Company is determined to survive Several truly brilliant high level managers

Cons

Zero work life balance Unfortunate gap in highest level of management, which is very good, and upper mid level, which is very reactionary without any focus or managerial skills. Putting to much stock into new grads who will leave the company
