      -company provides transport -office environment quite new

      Cons

      -no increment for 2 years -company not hiring to replace people who quit even when we are shorthanded. Deadlines becoming shorter, resulting in very heavy work loads. Management is seriously out of touch with the ground, becoming more and more demanding despite shorter deadlines and pathetic pay.
