Solid pay raise system Good health benefits Training was extensive Safety and sales bonuses for everyone, even factory floor personnel
Cons
Layoffs are very common so job security just isn't there. Instead of cutting back hours or spending, FMC will go though hiring frenzies and six months to a year later, they will lay off 100+ employees. Which is why it usually takes about that long to go from a temp. to a full time associate.
