Pros

Laid back atmosphere. Everyone is very nice and helpful and works hard to make sure the work is done well and is complete. The group at the office is small and everyone works to be inclusive.

Cons

Not well integrated into the overall business. Management needs to complete integration of accounting and payroll systems to complete acquisition and integration.
