Pros

Decent 401K match and company contribution. Generally good co-workers and bosses, various by department and groups (this is true for all jobs). Flexible work time for most.

Cons

-Subpar Insurance policy (insurance companies charge so much now...) -only 15 days of PTO (including sickdays), most companies have 20 days nowadays -With industry going south, no annual salary increase for 3 years now -Stress was high during busy times, stress are high during not busy times (layoffs)
