      Pros

      The company is constantly promoting from within, however you have to know the right people in order to get the opportunities.

      Cons

      The management does not embrace change specially using automation that could increase efficiency and decreased overall cost. They do not have standardized processes across their portfolios making it hard to see if their reports are accurate or if they have been modified.

      Pros

      The company will give you great training. Alot of nice and cool people to work with.

      Cons

      Training last 6 months and as a tech you only get 40 hrs per week. Not much money.....at first then after the 6 months... GREAT PAY....kinda
