Good company that is looking towards the future and provides good benefits for its employees. The work is interesting and the jobs are large scale.
Cons
Especially in these times, the company has shown some cronyism/good ole boy type behavior when deciding who gets cut. However, I assume that is true for most companies to some extent regardless of industry.
The company has good morals and intentions with safety of the workforce and quality of the product. There is no doubt in my mind that this company will continue to be successful in the future. The work atmosphere is good, and the people in all the departments I have been in are very helpful and generally happy to help. The company also places a lot of value in training their employees.
Cons
Some of my experiences with the review process seemed unfair and have been disappointing, but that could be related to my ability to not 'sell myself' as well as others. The company as others in the industry is affected greatly by the price of oil.
