Other employees are easy to work with. Remote work is flexible

Cons

They simply don’t intend on paying you. They don’t want to fund opportunities for certifications because they know you will use it to apply elsewhere. They want you to be ok with the bare minimum and if you aren’t, they are ok with that too.

Coworkers and direct managers were awesome.

Cons

The pay was beyond lousy (ya ya, they keep saying they’re evaluating pay structure) and turnover was HIGH because of the low pay. Need to invest in good employees. How much is spent hiring and training??
