I'm not the only one that needs the money either

they do not train you they throw you in so the other employees can show you... they take their time fixing employee issues... lack of communication.. communication barriers etc

Culture. High demands and short timelines. Conflicts in leadership team. High turnover in mid and upper level leadership. Poor loyalty to employees. Benefits. Little room for growth.

Implemented insurance, vacation, & PTO when they said they would & honored it with reasonable

Cons

Micro managed by other departments on flexing 40 hour work week, not going to get a raise when they say they will bump you up. Expect your employee review to be rated as low as the employees rate the company. Overall bottom of barrel company.
