Worst Company to work for .............
Pros
Nothing to gain working in this company.(I have worked in several companies before joining FNC). No use of current technologies and no chance to work in good projects unless you praise the Analyst/DEV managers and get into their good books.
Cons
Worst employee management and treatment. No matter how talented you are, your growth in the company depends on some incompetent managers/directors personal impression. Also u don't get any salary hike for years no matter how good you work. Since last 6 months, the company started paying lot of money to new hires who are less experienced than the current employees . NEVER WORK FOR FNC INC if you are a DEVELOPER. HR does not care about listening to employees, is only worried about getting into the good books of management by being an agent of them. Most of the department heads have no proper technical expertise and no proper educational background, they moved up the ladder since they have good relationship with some people in top management.
