Thanks for the review both positive and negative. We will take the negative comments seriously as we always do and look to improve. Things are a bit crazy at present as we are getting back to pre-pandemic levels in terms of both sales and production and are a bit short-handed. Our business outlook is and has been always very strong! I wish your experience was a better one as we always strive to hire and maintain the best employees. Working in HR I can assure you that no employee ever lies about the job when we are hiring and we are very transparent in that area. As for rules, we will not sacrifice the safety and quality of the product which is why rules exist in the first place. They exist to help our employees and our customers in the long run. We have NO rules in place however that stop any employee from using the restrooms, employees talk freely during the course of their work operations, and while it is true cellphones are not permitted to be used on the production floor (nor should they be) they ARE permitted if necessary in case of an emergency. Please remember in your individual case that you left on your own accord (without giving proper notice) after you were warned for violating our "rules" by having "improper" messages/stickers on your toolbox that went against the company policy.
