Top management is very good if they know the reality else middle level management is non of use

Cons

Good company to time pass the day with higher salary at managerial level. No practical knowledge practical engineering expertise at TL levels. No use of HR its just dummy character. Promotions will depends on the person who is near to his managers. And manger will be manager till his benefits later no use.

Best thing abut the organisation is that you can reach out to top management anytime and they try to listen your problems. Few people gets on-site opportunity every year.

Cons

Company has strict work timings and very small cafeteria. Low increment and team leads are not at all deserving.
