Pros

Coworkers were down to earth and friendly, especially in the manufacturing industry.

Cons

Management was an absolute joke. They set wild expectations, mandatory overtime, and were often the last to show up but first to leave each day.

FORMS + SURFACES Response

Sorry that you had some issues with management. Yes we do have a great team here and I can assure you that the managers put in as many hours if not more than the workers especially during crunch periods. Mandatory OT can be needed if we are in the midst of a large project as we recently were and most folks love the extra $$.

Pros

Good product,l they focus on quality. Manufacturing managers are pretty clear on their expectations and try to hold people accountable which means you can count on the person working next to you. Support administrative staff too.

Cons

Upper management don't seem to communicate well with each other.

Thanks for the kind words as well as the concerns. Some of the work that we do requires a great deal of grinding, polishing, blasting etc and it can get a bit dirty and dusty at times. All ventilation and safety policies are upheld and where needed masks are provided. This however is only necessary in a small portion of the manufacturing environment.
