We are certainly sorry that things did not work out for you. Yes, we do pay well and have great sales opportunities for those that work hard, can take direction as needed, and strive to excel and utilize their strong A&D contacts. Sadly things did not click for you! As for your manager, this is the first complaint I have received. As a good chunk of his sales team has been with us for 10++ years he must be doing something right as his team is constantly near the top of the charts.

Thanks for the feedback and sorry that it did not work out for you. Thanks for the positive comments in regard to our pay and I am glad to say that since we implemented our CareerTrak program our turnover has been greatly reduced and it shows that our workforce is highly valued and taken care of. We are fortunate to be very busy and have OT while many of our contemporaries have suffered due to COVID. We offer a great career path for those willing to put out the effort to be 5-star employees.

Pros

In your first year you have many chances to increase pay with reviews every 4 month. ( Unheard of) There also are many ways to grow within the company with hard work and dedication. I have found that employee's that stand out and go above and beyond are getting more plentiful and that helps production . Overtime yes is sometimes forced in busy seasons but hope the move happening soon will limit material movement helping in production . I have had several sit downs with management the year I been here and most of my opinions have been implemented to help flow and reduce some costs.
