      In the region where I worked, the culture was exceptional — characterized by a friendly atmosphere and a clean environment. The organization encourages a strong sense of camaraderie and maintains high standards of organization & cleanliness. The flexibility in work-life balance was good, allowing for personal and professional harmony. Moreover, they actively invested in their employees' career growth opportunities, demonstrating a commitment to personal development and advancement.

      Cons

      While working within the operations side, I found that internal processes were lacking efficiency, with excessive redundancies in even the simplest workflows made the work confusing & prolonged. Despite appearing friendly on the surface, management tends to assign blame to the team rather than collaboratively solving issues during challenging times. A more supportive approach to problem-solving and streamlining processes could significantly enhance team morale and operational effectiveness.
